The hospitals and agencies with available amnio infomation were labelled as "followed". Otherwise, they were labelled as "unfollowed". If the extend TP was set as YES, the samples without amnio info but from hospitals (followed) were considered true positive. The rest samples without available amnio info were grouped as "unknown"
